Order Processing

• Order Verification: Before shipping, we may verify your payment details with the card issuer and confirm billing/shipping address consistency to prevent fraud. This verification may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

Domestic Shipping: For standard shipping within the U.K., we primarily use USPS for cost-effective and widespread coverage. Expedited domestic orders are fulfilled by FedEx to ensure faster and prioritized delivery.
 
International Shipping: International standard shipments are mainly handled by DHL and FedEx, leveraging their global network for efficient cross-border transportation. International expedited orders are exclusively shipped via DHL for premium speed and tracking capabilities.
 
Carrier Selection: The choice of carrier is determined based on the shipping method, destination, and package characteristics (weight, dimensions). We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier for your order to ensure timely delivery, and specific carrier details will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.
 
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery status via our website or the carrier’s portal.
• Tracking information may take 24-48 business hours to activate after shipment, as carriers need time to process the package into their system.
• For international orders, tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the HONG KONG – contact the local carrier for destination-specific updates.
 
Address Information & Changes
• Valid Addresses: We deliver to residential and commercial addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies to ensure delivery security.
 
• Address Modifications:
â—¦ Changes requested within 2 hours of order placement may be accommodated (email: [email protected] with your order number and corrected address).
â—¦ Once the order is marked as “processing” (typically within 2-4 hours of placement), address changes are no longer possible.
 
• Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees (equal to the original shipping cost) to resend the order.
 
Delivery Requirements
• Signature Policy:
â—¦ Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery to prevent theft or misdelivery.
â—¦ For orders under $200, you may opt for “Authority to Leave” during checkout, which allows the carrier to leave the package at your door. Note that selecting this option releases Uriroy from liability for lost or stolen packages.
 
• Failed Deliveries:
â—¦ After 3 failed delivery attempts, packages will be returned to Uriroy.
â—¦ A restocking fee of 15% will apply for returned orders, with the remaining amount refunded (excluding original shipping costs).
 
Special Circumstances
• Weekend/Holiday Delivery:
â—¦ Standard shipping does not include weekend delivery (Saturday/Sunday).
◦ Expedited shipping may deliver on Saturdays in major metro areas – check checkout for availability.
â—¦ During peak holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Cyber Monday), allow 1-3 additional business days for processing and shipping due to high order volumes. We recommend placing holiday orders 2 weeks in advance to avoid delays.
 
• Weather/Carrier Delays: Uriroy is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather (e.g., hurricanes, blizzards), carrier labor issues, or customs hold-ups (international orders). We will notify you of significant delays via email when possible.
 
Damages & Losses
• Inspection Upon Delivery: Inspect packages immediately upon receipt. If the package appears damaged (e.g., crushed, torn, water-stained), note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos of the packaging.
 
• Claims for Damage/Loss:
â—¦ Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items) at [email protected].
â—¦ Provide photos of the damaged item, packaging, and delivery label, along with your order number.
â—¦ Retain all packaging materials for 7 days after filing a claim, as carriers may require inspection.
 
• Uriroy Responsibility: We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) for items damaged or lost in transit, unless delivered without signature per your request.
 
International Shipping Notes
• Import Duties & Taxes: These are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Uriroy does not collect or estimate these fees – check with your local customs authority for rates before ordering.
 
• Prohibited Items: Some countries restrict certain products (e.g., electronics with lithium batteries, skincare with specific ingredients). Check local regulations to avoid customs seizures.
 
• Customs Clearance: Delays may occur during customs processing (average 1-3 days, but up to 2 weeks for complex cases). Uriroy is not responsible for extended hold times.
 
Additional Information
• Multiple Packages: Orders with 5+ items or oversized products (e.g., furniture, large appliances) may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You’ll receive a confirmation email for each package.
 
• Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to 45+ countries. A full list is available at checkout – if your country is not listed, contact us for special shipping options.
 
• Package Interception: Once shipped, we cannot intercept or redirect packages. Contact the carrier directly (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) for assistance with rerouting (fees may apply).
