Orders

We currently accept Visa、Mastercard、American Express、Discover and JCB.

We know you can hardly wait to receive your Uriroy products and neither can we! Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

The best is yet to come, bestie! You can typically expect your shiny new nail products to ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (M-F not including weekends and holidays). However, during sales, product launches, or holidays, please allow 4-7 business days for your order to ship.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number and you’ll be well on your way to achieving breathtaking nails!

No worries, bestie! This just means your order is being processed and has not been shipped yet. Once your order ships, it will be marked as ‘Fulfilled’ and you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Changes requested within 2 hours of order placement may be accommodated. Once the order is marked as “processing” (typically within 2-4 hours of placement), address changes are no longer possible.

Cancellations are processed within 24-48 business hours. If approved, a full refund (including product price and any applicable taxes) will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Orders that have already entered the shipping process (marked as “Processing” or “Shipped” in your account) cannot be canceled.

We ship almost everywhere in the world!

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) or customs fees imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out the fees before placing an order.

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

We are sorry that you were unable to receive your order in the initial delivery period. After checking that your package has exceeded the estimated delivery time (not including weekends), please follow the steps below.

Please first contact your courier to locate the package. Your package may be at a pick up location. If the package cannot be located, email us at [email protected] with your order and we will help resolve the issue. Please note that it may take several business days to file the missing package.

We partner with different couriers to ensure that your package gets to you in the most efficient and economical way possible. When packages are being handed off between couriers (for example, a package is waiting to transfer to USPS at the border), it may take several business days for your tracking number to update. This is because the item has be processed across a new system and clear customs. This is very common especially for those who have chosen economy shipping.

To avoid a longer wait, we recommend selecting the fastest estimated shipping option at checkout.

Orders made during the holidays are more likely to have a longer waiting period between tracking time.

Please note that delivery times under our shipping options are only an estimate and can be subject to delays.

Returns

We totally get it, all of us at some point have added one too many items to our cart or changed our mind about a cute color after we order it, but that’s not a problem at all! We just want you to love our products as much as we do!

Products must be returned in new condition. Uriroy monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Uriroy in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Uriroy’ discretion.

Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take longer for the funds to reach your account.

Please make sure to include an image of the items you have received along with your order number in your enquiry to ensure our team can deal with this quickly.

If you discover that an item is missing from your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.

It’s rare that our items arrive damaged, however, if you find that an item is damaged from your order please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will ensure that it is resolved.

Rewards points for orders placed will be converted based on our current exchange rate on the day of purchase.

21 days after placing an order, you should receive an email inviting you to leave a review of Uriroy and our products, which will be published on our website. ✨

Nail Dryers

When applying gel nail polish, the most important step is to ensure the product cures (or sets) correctly. Always follow the professional, step-by-step instructions.

When using a nail dryer, it’s important to remember that your hands are only under the light for a very short time during the manicure.

A nail dryer can be used to cure all gels. Its compact size makes it ideal for mobile and salon use.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened lamp unless the product itself is defective. For smart lamps, we unfortunately cannot accept returns if the sealing sticker on the box has been removed.

Please send proof of damage to the nail dryer, your original order confirmation, and a description of the problem to [email protected]. We will consider a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Press On False Nails

If you follow our step-by-step instructions and use the correct products, we guarantee they will last for at least 14 days.

Yes, if the gel sticker hasn’t hardened yet, you can carefully remove it and reapply it.

You can place the press-on nails in and out of the packaging, but avoid placing them near a lamp or in direct sunlight to prevent premature hardening.

We recommend that you be 18 years of age and older.

Our press-on nails are not suitable for nail extensions. They should only be applied to natural nails.
