Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so we offer a no-hassle return policy.
 
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
To cancel an order before it ships:
• Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Order Cancellation”.
• Include your order number, full name, shipping address, phone number, and a brief reason for cancellation.
• Cancellations are processed within 24-48 business hours. If approved, a full refund (including product price and any applicable taxes) will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• Orders that have already entered the shipping process (marked as “Processing” or “Shipped” in your account) cannot be canceled.
 
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
 
Return Process
1. Email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item (if requesting a return for damage), and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and  return address.
3. Package the item securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it back within 7 days of receiving the authorization.
4. You may also use your own shipping method, but we recommend using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a Uriroy error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
 
Refund Processing
• Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 7-10 business days), we will notify you via email to confirm approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
 
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
• You have 14 days from the date of your exchange request to ship the original item back to us.
• To initiate an exchange: Email [email protected] with your order number, desired exchange details, and photos of the item (if applicable).
• Once we receive and process your return (within 7-10 business days), the exchange item will be shipped via standard shipping at no additional cost.
 
• Important Exchange Rules:
â—¦ Exchanges are limited to one per item. If you need to return an exchanged item, a refund will be issued instead.
â—¦ Exchange items will be shipped to the original order address. To change the delivery address, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
â—¦ If the requested exchange item is out of stock when we process your return, a full refund (for the original item) will be issued to your original payment method.
â—¦ We recommend contacting our customer service team before purchasing to confirm sizing or product details, ensuring a smooth first-time purchase.
 
Special Cases
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs).
• Incorrect Items: If we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no cost.
• Expired Return Windows: Items returned after the 30-day window will be rejected. If returned without prior authorization, we may discard the item or charge a storage fee of $10 per week until claimed (up to a maximum of 4 weeks).
• Damaged During Return Shipment: If an item is damaged while being returned to us and was not caused by Uriroy error, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount based on the extent of damage (typically 10-50% of the product price).
• Multiple Returns: Customers with excessive return activity (more than 5 returns in a 6-month period) may be subject to additional review. We reserve the right to restrict returns or exchanges for accounts with a history of frequent returns of used or non-eligible items.
• Lost Return Packages: Uriroy is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your refund is processed.
• Items with Missing Parts: Returns missing accessories, components, or original packaging (e.g., dust bags, instruction manuals) may be accepted but with a 15-20% restocking fee deducted from the refund to cover replacement costs.
 
Additional Information
• Items returned without a valid RA number or outside the return window will be rejected and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or incomplete items).
• For international returns: Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred when shipping items back to Uriroy. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
